Payment processing fees, taxes, refunds and chargebacks are separate from GGN’s commission. Plan features require the corresponding services to be connected.

Your active broadcast can finish if you cross your monthly allowance. Once exhausted, the allowance prevents your next broadcast until your cycle resets or your plan is upgraded. Usage metering is not active in this workspace yet.

CREATOR MONETIZATION

Monetization & Earnings

Monetization is separate from your monthly Broadcasting subscription. Views and watch time may help determine eligibility or allocation, but they do not create money by themselves. Creator revenue must come from an enabled source such as paid On Demand, viewer purchases, advertising or sponsorship.

How monetization works

  1. Revenue source: a real viewer payment, paid On Demand purchase, advertiser payment or sponsor payment funds the transaction.
  2. Plan rule: Broadcasting reads the creator's verified plan and its existing commission percentage.
  3. Split: GGN's commission is deducted from eligible gross creator revenue; the remaining plan share is the creator's share before other deductions.
  4. Adjustments: payment processing fees, taxes, refunds and chargebacks are accounted for separately from GGN's commission.
  5. Balance: cleared creator proceeds move from pending to available only after the payment is settled and any applicable hold or refund window is satisfied.
  6. Payout: available balance is paid through the connected payout provider according to the approved payout schedule.

Current status: the plan percentages are active configuration, but creator revenue collection, earnings-ledger balances and creator payouts are not yet connected in this workspace. No earnings figure will be estimated or fabricated until a real revenue source and payout provider are connected.
